I know I haven't written much on here lately, BUT that's because the creative juices have been flowing into the novel. I had a little breakthrough and have been writing like crazy. I'd been stuck in the story for a while, and it feels really good to have burst through those barriers. But I don't want to completely neglect the blog, either. This is not only a space for stretching my creative legs but for keeping in touch with out of town friends and family.
So...a little 3BT action...
Celebration, New Life, Time
1. A BBQ with friends to celebrate the 4th. Delicious food, fantastic conversation, and fireworks to end the night. So grateful for freedom and for those who sacrifice so we can have that freedom.
2. A little one makes his way into the world. Just a brief glimpse, but he is small and pink and healthy. He looks like a burrito all swaddled up.
3. An extra day off. Words can not express the bliss.
